Nikki Butlin

Nikki works across hospitality, workplace, retail, multi residential, adaptive reuse, and play based learning environments. She develops briefs and design responses alongside each client’s business case and goals, ensuring design remains purposeful and commercially grounded. She leads the studio’s ISO aligned quality management and contributes to practice wide design leadership, bringing clarity and rigour. Her previous experience teaching architectural design studios informs her approach to materiality, process, and critical thinking.

Working fluidly across architecture and interiors, Nikki brings a high level of detail resolution to all her projects, underpinned by a strong understanding of materials and how they shape experience. She places user experience at the forefront, applying ergonomics and psychology to support wellbeing, inclusivity, and performance. Her collaborative process embeds co design and clear communication, resulting in spaces that are thoughtful, efficient, and enduring.
